I don't know if a mailing list for discussing bug reports makes much 
sense. At least not for most applications of KDE which have their own 
mailing lists. For example, it won't make much sense to discuss KMail 
related bugs on this mailing list. KMail related bugs should be 
discussed on kmail at kde.org resp. via the bug tracking system.
