glib dependancy in KDE3.x

What we would really need would be to better support Qt in the _interface_,
regardness of how aRts is implemented. The first step towards this would
be adding a QObject languange binding to mcopidl. Its just that I currently
don't have the time to really work on that, but I might start with that as
soon as I have the time.
