case-insensitivity conflict in kdelibs

in kdelibs there is both a pics/crystalsvg/cr16-mime-mime.png and 
pics/crystalsvg/cr16-mime-Mime.png.  On MacOSX when checking CVS out I 
get this:

cvs update: move away crystalsvg/cr16-mime-mime.png; it is in the way
C crystalsvg/cr16-mime-mime.png

...because HFS+ is case-insensitive and the file already exists.  I 
wasn't sure how these files end up actually getting referenced, is it 
possible to rename one of them?
