fonts io-slave

Hi,

About 3 months back I made the suggestion about replacing the current KControl 
font-installer module with an io-slave based one. Well after coding, slacking 
off, and hacking a bit more, I think its almost complete. (Note: there's 
probably still a few issues as I haven't thoroughly tested it)

So what I'd like to know, is can I add this to the KDE3.2 feature plan? As it 
stands it is already *much* better than the current module - well I would say 
that, wouldn't I?

As of Friday morning I'll been on holiday for 2 weeks - hence I'm posting the 
code and screenshots for comment now. There's a couple of things left to do, 
and I'll try and do them during the next few weeks.
