The plan says "The below is target to change and assumes we need only 
one beta as the major focus in the whole development process was bug 
fixing."

This is certainly not true for kdepim, especially for Kontact. So if you 
consider Kontact as a major part of the 3.2 release one beta is 
probably not enough.
