moving kdenonbeta/librss to kdenetwork/librss

Yeah, of course :)
I've no problem with either using plain lib or a dcop service... but they
have to be somewhere outside kdenonbeta.

I'm not sure how to handle the news sources, I guess using the selection
from newsticker won't work, because we have less space in contact to
display more then 2 or 3 sources. Maybe we implement a small config
dialog for this purpose.
