We do. KDE_3_1_BRANCH vs HEAD. KDE 3.2 is a feature release, not a bug fix

No, if it's a bug fix release, it might be the right thing to upgrade to it for KDE
3.1.4. KDE 3.2 is fair terrority..

could use a little adjustment to work in Lynx though, the week by week of
what is allowed is tough to spot without colors and it's KDE policy not to
use colors as indication of good/bad, maybe we should apply the same to our
web family.
