khangman doesn't get post-procesed in Makefile.cvs

In current CVS, kdeedu/khangman doesn't want to build, it seems.  When I 
run Makfile.cvs, it includes the khangman directory in the list of 
subdirs, but it never creates a Makefile.in (and subsequent makefile) to 
actually build anything.
Any ideas what's happening?  Makefile.cvs doesn't error out or anything...
