PATCH: Passwordcaching

Hi,

First this is not about password Wallets (persistent password caching) ; so if 
you were expecting this posting to be about that please stop right here...

The attached patches are intended to address the problem of being continuously 
prompted when using protocols that require authentication such as sftp, ftp, 
http. The patch for KRun and the changes in BrowserRun are the actual fixes 
for the problem.  The konqueror patch is simply a demonstration of how people 
should fix their apps to make sure that password caching works correctly 
under all circumstances.

Any comments, feedback ?
