kdeinit_* updates in kdebase

One reason would be that coolo didn't like the kdeinit syntax we implemented 
so far, and that we wanted to change it to something better. Not having too 
many Makefiles to adopt would be helpful. 

But as coolo is apparently on holidays now (?) it might not matter anymore.
