qt-copy/patches

I decided not to apply the patches from patches/ to qt-copy sources
that aren't bugfixes, so that people will have to apply them themselves,
and will be aware of running modified qt version.
The script apply_patches will apply all not applied safe patches,
run it before configuring qt-copy.

 Please see the patches/README file for format of the patches. The 
apply_patches script relies on the format of the header.
