KDE 3.1 download page

Hi,

 Is it just me,or something is broken? Clicking on "freely downloaded" 
(http://download.kde.org/stable/kde-3.1/src/) link on the announcement page 
brings me to 
http://gd.tuwien.ac.at/.admin/missing/server.php?name=GD.TUWIEN.AC.AT
and the attached page. :-(

Using some days old Konqueror.
