Splitting up kaction.*

Hi, especially Simon and David,

Since kaction.cpp and kaction.h are so large, I'd like to split them up into 
three different files.  Specifically, one for KAction, one for 
KActionCollection, and one for the subclasses of KAction.  kaction.h would 
include both kactioncollection.h and the header file for the K*Action classes 
so that existing code would remain undistured.  Someone suggested this about 
9 months ago on the list, but I never got around to it.  Any objections?
