Adding Umbrello UML Modeller in kdesdk

I'd like to propose that Umbrello UML Modeller (of which I am project
administrator) is included in kdesdk.  UML in this case is Unified
Modelling Language, a tool which seems currently to be little used in
the development of free software.

The idea has been suggested before but we are only now at a state where it
would be of a high enough quality (we are about to release the first
stable version in over a year).

I would continue to work on the programme within KDE.  There is also a
fork planned for a complete re-write which would happen outside of KDE.
