MMB opening in a new/tab window has been a long time personal wishlist of 
mine.. nice to see it going in.. does this respect the "Open links in new tab 
instead of new window" option?

as for the RMB menu, note that kpopupmenu in HEAD now provides this 
functionality. you just need to fill the context menu with appropriate items 
and take the apropriate action when user selects an item from the context 
menu.
