Patch: admin/conf.change.pl

Hello,
the attached patch fixes a bug in conf.change.pl
for calls to

AC_CONFIG_FILES( foo, [post-processing commands]) 

all postprocessing commands were ripped out of config.status.

Could someone review please ?
