System tray problems in HEAD

Oh ... strange When I investigated this problem (2003/2/8) it clearly didn't affect
"Click to Focus". So maybe another bug crept in since then. (Can't say, because
I reverted 1.23 and everything works now. Except the taskbar, of course, which
suffers the same symptoms.)
