The other main problem with lib approach
was its inability to provide the taskbar
with info on the tabs, though i'm sure
some extension could be made to make
to do just this.
In any case, I think your point about
the number of kwin devels is most important.
Its very unlikely from what I currently
see that such a wm based implementation
would be done for 3.2.
