personally i think that's a good idea. there are draw backs, of course, 
largely that it won't be as immediately apparent that it exists. this is 
counterbalanced by the fact that its inclusion in the Control Center makes 
_it_ more crowded (ha ha) and that even upon finding KHotKeys it seems likely 
to be overwhelming to the average user in its current incarnation.
