this change is impacted by our current toolbar layout (vertical layout space). 
i'd rather address the tab settings after 3.2 and do a good job on defaults; 
this will likely mean having to expand the Konq Profile stuff to include 
toolbar layouts, etc... at least to do it Right(tm) =)

i don't think this is very user friendly; great for tab lovin' power users 
though =)
