KUser copyrights

Hi Dennis,

None of the files in KUser - excepting those copied from elsewhere, like
Waldo's delUser.cpp - have copyright notices, or any kind of file header
at all. This makes distributing them - perhaps - a little tricky, since
it's not clean what the license actually is. (Let's presume you meant
GPL). Can you comment? Or assign the copyright to Waldo? Or add headers?
Or ask someone to add headers for you?

Also, it looks like there hasn't been much activity in KUser for a _long_
time. Are you still maintaining it? Personally, I feel it could use a
cleanup, if only to restore a consistent indentation style.
