more kicker transparency fixes

Hi,

when kicker's background pixmap is smaller than kicker's containerarea (e.g. 
solid color background or tiled background), buttons and applets have an 
incorrect background (because the cropping out of the background pixmap goes 
badly wrong - my fault). 

Attached is a patch which fixes this by guaranteeing a correctly sized 
background pixmap. Please test/review.
