I have the impression that there are a number of other subtle differences.
I like the B3 style, and I use it on my aging laptop, since it as smaller 
borders than keramik. However, now that styles can have their configuration 
page, maybe the best solution would be to add a selector on the configuration 
page to choose the exact look, and to prevent unneeded style loading.
