For the same reason as for all other About dialogs (e. g. the one of 
Konqueror): Obviously the calculation of the horizontal size is borked.

BTW, you might want to have a look at the About Kontact dialog. It's not 
perfect because there's no vertical space between two names. And it's 
not really usable for non-container apps because those would only have 
"App" and "App license" in the icon list.
