Looking for a better name

Thanks, I like it. Now the question for me remains how to reorder the code:
1. move the header files from 'kutils/' to 'kutils/ksettings/'. That's not 
very nice because of the .moc files. (See noatun/library/noatun/Makefile.am 
for an example.)
2. move header and cpp files to ksettings and create a new lib (is there a way 
to keep it in kutils?)
3. no new subdir - don't care, that the #include doesn't say "ksettings/
dialog.h"
