Fixing kabc/kmail crash

Hi,

to fix the crash with libkabc and kmail which appears in current CVS
HEAD, please remove $KDEDIR/lib/libkabc_* and make a 'make install'
in kdelibs/kabc.

I changed the version numbers of the libraries without knowing what I did
(as usual... :().
