KCachegrind into kdesdk?

Don't worry.
This bug was easy to find, a 1-liner. In the CallGraphView class, on reloading 
there were some dangling pointers of the old data.
[I even knew about this bug before the presentation, but had no time for 
searching. I thought it would at least produce some laughs ;-) ]

I put up a 0.4.2 version. This will be the code base for migration into KDE 
CVS. Yes, I will do it...
