Applet for KMenuBar in toplevel mode

 Hello,

 another version of the applet for swallowing app menus, so that the toplevel 
menubar can "have" clock etc. Are there some more trouble with it, or may it 
go in CVS?

 PS: Those red borders that indicate that the menu doesn't fit completely and 
allow scrolling it won't stay as they are. I just haven't found yet a place 
from which steal arrows for it :).
