[PATCH] kdelibs/kate kdebase/kate UI Inconsistency OK APPLY buttons

Hi,

 I think this is the patch that broke Kate's configuration... Now if you 
modify something in the Editor part of the configuration, the Apply button is 
still disabled and the changes are not saved even when you press OK. You have 
to make some modification also in the Application settings to have the Editor 
settings saved...
