bug or feature?

Hi,

in the current filedialog the directory names are not clickable but only the 
folder icons. Is that by intent or a bug? In any case - it's quite bad since 
it requires larger mouse movements and it is a rather unnecessary 
restriction. 

If that has been discussed before, I apologize.
