i'm hoping that bugzilla.kde.org that it will be found to be flexible enough 
for the issue tracking needs of the usability project. previously, we were 
looking at having to set up our own system seperate from bugs.kde.org because 
it simply wasn't up to the task. if kde's installation of bugzilla can do the 
job, then there is a very good chance that we will indeed want more than 3 
severities, with at least one for "Usability" ...
