Okay, please consider the following ideas, which might make it even easier:
-For read acces to bugs, it might be the best solution to just implement
new templates which use XML. These can then easily be parsed.
For example, there can be an XML version of template/bug/edit.html.tmpl,
which contains *all* information about one single bug.
-For modifying bugs, you could probably use process_bug.cgi. It will not
care if the information is sent by a browser or by kbugbuster, as long as
you send a cookie that proves you're logged in.
