KDE 3.0.4 release date

You don't have to translate two versions. The messages are freezed for 
almost half a year in the 3.0 branch. If you still have fuzzies in the 
branch they have been there since the 3.0 release at least. 

Note that a 3.0.4 release is a *chance* for you to make it better, but it is 
not a *requirement*.
