Who is doing Kicker translucency?

That be me. I had a preliminary patch working about two months ago but I 
didn't make it in time before the feature freeze so I postpostponed all 
work it and started working on other things. There was a couple of 
things I wasn't sure how to do, e.g. should it be completely 
transparent or should the frame be drawn, should the taksbbar be 
transparent, what about the status bar and the clock?
I'd be glad to discuss implementation with you and see what you came up 
with :) Just drop me a line.
