i suppose a simliar patch would be necessary in the kdesktop control panel to 
keep multiple image entries from appearing there, as well? and anywhere else 
that used previews in the future...  it would be nice if this could be 
completely hidden within ktrader so that individual apps didn't have to 
concern themselves with it.

otherwise, this looks nice.. haven't tried it out yet as i'm in the middle of 
a recompile.. will report back then =)
