a) One problem mentioned in the thread is/was, that distros will
eventually enable it by default. :-(

b) However, I must admit that whoever said that they will do so in any
case since the code was already posted is also right.

IMHO a) is the only _real_ reason agains including it, but b) makes a)
count much less. Now decide.. ;-)
