Readding Konqueror might be nice as it's a feature many users will use, though 
while I think Kate is a great app for hacking, IMVHO it's a bit obscure for 
some users, and they would probably prefer a less confusing and less 
cluttered Kicker.

Maybe... I presume though that adding a systray app with the systray not open 
will cause the systray to start?
