Get a CVS account (I guess you can mail sysadmin at koffice.org an
encrypted password from /etc/passwd), then commit to kdenonbeta (use
cvs add, not cvs import, as the latter might cause problems
sometimes?).
After 3.1.1 is out, come back with the request to the maintainer of
kdeutils.
