Fix for automake-1.6.1 in kdegraphics

Just to mention something which automake-1.6.1 complains about.
In kcoloredit, Makefile.am uses kcolorchooser.cpp for kcolorchooser
and kcolorchooser.la. Automake complains that the same source file
cannot be built using libtool and regular compiler.
The fix is to use dummy.cpp for the program kcolorchooser, and link
it to kcolorchooser.la. But shouldn't it be already the case?
