Problem with build system and multiple versions of automake

Argh.. I hate this.

The problem is that the latest change to "cvs.sh" hadn't been added to 
"missing". It really sucks to have that code duplicated in two places.

If you update kdelibs/admin/missing and copy it to kdelibs/missing it should 
work now.
