Hmm... there does seem to be a problem when switching between multiple
documents in one instance of kate (or gideon). For example, try opening two
documents in kate and switch between them a couple times. Then look at the
Edit menu. Each time you switch, one entry from the top gets moved down, to
just above the last entry. Looks like an off-by-one bug somewhere in the
XMLGUI code. Perhaps Simon can take a look?
