App duplication again (Re: new project in kdemultimedia)

When you want to see the world you do not look in the mirror, but at a map!  
Do you really believe that KDE's goal is to suit your purposes and that you 
should have the final word, because you are a developer? Well I am a 
translator and I have put as much heart into making kde better as you did. I 
may be new here, but I do not think that being selfish is a good attribute 
and certainly it shall not help KDE in any way.
The price of losing any interface is nothing compared to wasting hours of 
translators' time.  Not to mention that having multiple programs that do the 
sameand just differ in details is very unefficient. Making on CD-burner that 
would contain feature from both: BakeOven, Kreatecd,k3b would:
- - save us a lot of duplicated effort
- - make it easier to develop a more powerful app
- - save much space on kde.org servers
- - save much space in rpms
- - save the pkg vendors work
- - save the translators work
This soltuion has much more advantages than disadvantages (discomfort of 
several users, some time for developers to merge the code). 
One more thing, we can always make aeveral interfaces via plugins, so that a 
user could choose a wizard or a classic style.
