Moving KAddressBook back to kdepim

We recently discussed on the kde-pim mailing list about sharing code 
between KAddressBook and KOrganizer. This currently is not as easy as 
it should be because KAddressBook is in kdebase and KOrganizer is in 
kdepim. A solution to this problem would be to move KAddressBook back 
to the kdepim CVS module.

KAddressBook does not use any stuff from kdebase and the only other 
dependency on it outside of kdepim that I'm aware of is KMail which 
calls the KAddressBook executable when the corresponding action is 
selected, but this is only a run-time dependency, not a compile time 
dependency.

Having KAddressBook in kdepim would support the ongoing PIM integration 
efforts and make development a bit easier for the people working on it.
