KDE 3.1 release schedule reminder

Hi, 

This is just a reminder that next week the feature plan freeze will be 
active. In case you urgently forgot to add something (or mailed me and I was 
too dumb and forgot about it), now is the right time. 

Ah, and please add *realistic* entries :-) I'll go through the list over the 
weekend and comment all entries that are simply too generic for 
clarification.
