Hi

I had this for a while too running KDE_3_0_BRANCH. I tried
updating/recompiling Qt but no difference, it worked fine with HEAD, and now
I'm running a 3.0.1 (standard Gentoo ebuild) and its working fine.

For those who have no idea what Marc or I are on about - the bug was viewing
any reasonable sized png in Konq would only show a small horizontal slice of
the image. E.g. for a 500x500 image it would show only lines 420 - 490
(approximately). I couldn't work out where or why this was happening.

(if it helps anyone looking for the problem, I was running a fairly stock RH
7.2 at the time and Qt had the option for system png libs, although the
problem seemed to be with KDE rather than anything else)

Cheers

Shane
