breaking stuff: capitalization and other small things

hi..

a note to those who are going through and fixing small UI-related things like 
capitalization:

please be careful what you change and to test what you change if it affects 
functionality and not just the look of the UI.

a recent change in the window deco kcm changed the capitalization of things 
that were being written out to kwinrc. while this may have seemed innocuous, 
the options were being read by kwin (in kwin/options.cc) in a _case 
sensitive_ manner. this broke a couple of options (include getting a window 
menu when clicking on the window title bar) and it was rather difficult to 
track down .

my brain doesn't catch cap differences very easily =/ so i didn't notice the 
cap 'M' where there should've been a small 'm' in the middle of the debug 
output until a little over an hour into the bug hunt.

anyways, it is fixed now but i just thought i'd raise awareness of the issue  
=)
