kfile-dialog too wide

Hi,

the current kfile-dialog has to be at least approx. 810 pixels wide, 
otherwise the toolbar doesn't fit completely in it on my system, using 
keramik style.
It looks quite ugly to have this ">>" button at the edge of the toolbar.
Unfortunately I don't have a good idea how to make it smaller, but as it is 
now, it is too large.
Maybe the encoding combo box could be put in the same row as the "Filter". 
Not very nice, but there is plenty of room.
