I think that the noone makes decisions here. Remember that the group is like
noone. We need to have someone, who after a discussion will state: 'the
decision is <..>! ' and people will get to work without trying to quarell
over and over again.
But hink about kopete and kit, once kopete is done kit will be useles in kde,
do you really think that it will be moved easily without people getting mad?
