Well, I don't think you have.  Thomas suggested that if there isn't a clear 
choice that people agree on, that you should just get to decide for 
everyone.

But since you already seem to think that your consent is needed for 
everything in KDE nowadays, perhaps Thomas was stating how things already 
are.
