Inclusion of kmag into kdegraphics?

I remember exchaning mails with him about kmag. The interesting question is if 
it would make sense to use kmag in a wider context of an accessibility 
infrastructure as a long-term goal, which could go into an extra module. 
Though putting it into kdegraphics seems to be a good option, too.
